Paying Rent

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees are applied to payments received after 5:00 PM on the day of the grace period. Preferred method of payment is via the online payment system. If needing to pay in the office, acceptable forms of payment are personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders.

Rent Can Be Paid by the Following

Pay online via Zego
In person at our office. Office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
By mail so that it is received in our office no later than the due date
Setting up automatic bill pay through your bank. Contact your bank for details and verify processing time as they need to arrive to the office before the due date.
