Paying Rent

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and is late after the 5th of the month. Late fees are applied to payments received after the 5th. Acceptable forms of payment are personal checks, cashiers check, money orders, cash (with exact change).

Rent can be paid by the following:

• In person at our office. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• After hours in mail drop box in our door.
• By mail so that it is received to our office no later than the 5th of the month, or late fees would apply.
• Setting up automatic bill pay through your bank. Please contact your bank for details.

Standard processing times for online payments is 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). It is important to remember the processing time when making payments on time.
